SURIGAO City — Clients of Surigao del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc (Surneco) has denounced the power distributor for failing on its promise to restore electric here on Monday.
It can be recalled that Engr. Narciso I. Caliao, Jr., Surneco’s general manager, promised they would restore power in the city within the day, Sunday.
“Sama sa naandan, ang sugang dagitab mobalik ra dayon sa wala nay dugang pang pahibalo inig kahuman sa maong mga nahisgutang trabahoon. Sa tanan nga maapektuhan, palihug na lang sa pagpangandam aron malikayan ang bisan unsang kadaot o disgrasya nga mahitabo,” Caliao said.
However, Surneco failed to restore power supply on the promised time instead, Surneco extended the blackout until Nov. 23, Monday.
