BUTUAN CITY — San Francisco, Agusan del Sur Municipal Police Station has been named 2015 Top Performer on Operational Accomplishments under Municipal Police Stations category in the Campaign against Illegal Drugs and Kontra Boga based on year long evaluations and assessments by the Caraga Regional Police Office in cooperation with the National Police Commission (Napolcom).
The Caraga Police Regional Office also based their evaluations and assessment in the over-all performance of all Municipal Police Stations in Caraga Region in the PNP database gathered from January to December 2015.
Caraga region has 68 municipal police stations, six city police offices and five provincial police offices.
Based on operational accomplishment reports municipal police station category for entire Caraga Region, San Francisco Municipal Police Station topped in the campaign against illegal drugs garnering total accomplishments of 79.17% and in the campaign against Kontra Boga garnering 71.98%.
Another Agusan del Sur municipal police station, Trento Municipal Police Office in Trento, Agusan del Sur topped the illegal logging campaign drive garnering a total of 59.81% in terms of accomplishments government campaign against illegal logging.
San Francisco, Agusan del Sur Chief of Police Chief Inspector Sandro Bantad Santillan thanked higher police officials of the PNP for giving the award and choosing the San Francisco Municipal Police Station at top municipal police station in the region.
“The secret really in our success is my men’s cooperation both NUPs and those involved in operations,” Santillan said.
