EMBATTLED City Central School principal Arnold Tejero yesterday lashed out at teachers whom he accused of harassing him and his family, and who were supposedly “moving heaven and Earth” to have him ousted.

Dr. Tejero said, “Ceballos and other teachers conspired to harass my family. Si Ceballos ang director ani. This is a demolition job.”

He was referring to 6th grade teacher Anthony Ceballos whom he said had an ax to grind against him because he introduced reforms in the region’s most populous public school. Ceballos earlier denied any hand in Tejero’s legal troubles, saying it was the principal’s own doing.

Tejero also named Margie Palac, another teacher, of being one of the alleged conspirators.

Palac, a friend of Ceballos’s, sent text messages that could establish conspiracy, according to Tejero.

According to Tejero, the group sent copies of the complaint of the mother of a 5th grader against him to his wife and a local radio station. That to him is “harassment.”

The mother filed two complaints against Tejero–the first was for acts of lasciviousness with the City Prosecutor’s Office; the second was for grave misconduct and abuse of authority before the Office of the Ombudsman.

Late last week, a female teacher came forward and filed a third complaint against Tejero for sexual harassment.

Tejero called the teachers “coward conspirators” who were allegedly using the complainant to harass him.

He said the teachers were “persisting in their malice and ill-motive,” and were instigating the filing of lawsuits in attempt to destroy him and his family.

The principal said the group delivered copies of the complaint to a radio station and to his wife’s workplace in Macasandig.

He said attached to the copy sent to his wife was a cropped photo that showed him and the complainant with “highly damaging and libelous captions.”

Tejero said his wife went to the police station in Macasandig to place it on record.

He said that even before the motel scandal broke out, he already told his wife that Ceballos and his group would “move heaven and Earth to oust him from office,” and discredit him in public.

Tejero said he would use copies of the documents allegedly sent by the conspirators to his wife as part of his defense in court.

“The copy of the documents will show a clear conspiracy,” he said.

Trixie (not her real name), mother of a 5th grade pupil, alleged that Tejero tried to get intimate with her in a motel room in May.

Tejero has admitted bringing the complainant to Resonance motel (formerly Renaissance) along Kauswagan highway but denied that he touched her. The principal claimed they just talked, drank beer and had French fries inside the motel room.

Tejero hinted that he would use the photo the complainant submitted as his evidence. He said that through the photo, it could be told that it was Trixie who took the selfie.

He said the actuation and her appearance in the photo does not show a woman “who can rightly and truly claim that she was just subjected to an act of lasciviousness.”

Tejero challenged Trixie to present in court another photo, film or video that may have been recorded while they were inside a Resonance motel room so he can prove that he did not violate any law.
