Gingoog City – Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod SP of this city during its regular session yesterday has approved the city’s next year annual budget with no objections.
City councilor Mike Paderanga who presided the session said about P844,957,35.00 is the budget for the year 2017.
P42 million pesos of the budget intended for 5% Calamity Fund said Paderanga.
The 20% development fund is amounting to P152, 445,,196.00 million pesos he added
The 2017 budget is higher as compared to this year budget of only P760 million pesos said Councilor Marlon Kho
“Nakita man sab nato ang maayong mga naka linyang programa sa atong kasamtangan mayor ( mayor Marie Guingona) mao nga walay angay debatihan pa sa maong budget “ Kho said.
The 2017 annual budget of the city was approved by the whole members of the council in the second reading said Paderanga. (Edwin Iyo)
