Former House Speaker Prospero Nograles over the weekend reiterated his support to President Rodrigo Duterte and vowed his loyalty to Duterte’s family, turning around a political feud that stretched for decades.
“We will defend and go against all his enemies,” Nograles said during his son Davao City 1st District Rep. Karlo Alexei Nograles’ birthday celebration here.
