To help conserve water and prevent flooding, the 18th City Council, through the committee on planning and development is now studying the proposed Cagayan de Oro City Rainwater Harvesting Ordinance of 2017.
It will cover all existing public buildings especially public schools, markets and golf courses and all land development whether subdivisions or residential, commercial, industrial and other subdivision projects. (clo)
