The teenagers, both 16 years old, were arrested based on the warrant issued by Judge Richard Mordeno of the 22nd branch of the Regional Trial Court here.

SPO3 Florence Eusebio said the minors from Zone 1, Barangay Lumbia were charged with violation of the Anti-Child Pornography and Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Law.

The case was filed after their classmate in a private school, also 16 years old,  complained that Randy and Roland (not their real names) caused her embarrassment.

Police said the complainant turned out to be the girlfriend of Randy at that time.

Eusebio said the girlfriend trusted and sent Randy the nude photo, and then he shared it to Roland who then went public with it on Facebook.

The complainant said the act brought her shame and scandalized her family.

Randy has a case for violation of RA 9775 or the Anti-Child Pornography Law with a recommended bailbond of P200 thousand while Roland was charged with violation of RA 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Law with a recommended bailbond of P70 thousand.

Eusebio said the suspects were brought to the Lumbia police but they were not placed behind bars because they are minors.
