Arroyo, to note, spent some of her teenage years here in the city. At that time her family lived in Timoga, Buru-un, this city. Her family has an ancestral home at Timoga which was later donated to the city and the city sometimes use the house for social functions.

To recall, the romp at the House of Representatives on Monday delayed the President’s State of the Nation Address for more than an hour.

Siao said Alvarez had some “lapses,” hence his ouster which was then implemented by the lower house after the Sona.
