ILIGAN City–Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency agents arrested a son of former Iligan City and Lanao del Norte congressman Alipio Cerilo Badelles during a raid here on Friday.
Erik Dominique “Boji” Badelles, according to PDEA, was arrested at his house at Palao, this city, in a raid that resulted in the seizure five sachets of suspected shabu valued at some P50 thousand, drug paraphernalia and a P1-thousand marked money.
The younger Badelles was taken and held by the PDEA pending the filing of charges.
It was not the first time for the ex-congressman’s son to be caught. A few years back, he was arrested for the same offense but the charges were dropped at that time.
