THROUGH a resolution, the City Council during its regular session this week presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin Uy interposed no objection to the application of the Nine High Sports Bar for a permit to operate an indoor/amusement/poker house at Tomas Saco Street in Barangay Nazareth.
This is, however, subject to requirements, rules and regulations covering such operation are complied with.
The Barangay Council of Nazareth interposed no objection to the operation of poker at the Sports Bar located at Sports Zone on the condition that it will only be open for members and not for the public, especially minors, and will operate from 5 pm to 2 am only.
The resolution was endorsed by the committees on games and amusement and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Zaldy Ocon and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively. (sp)
