The suspect behind the gruesome murder and rape of a teenager in Natamulan, Tagoloan town was arrested early noon today (Tuesday).

Authorities identified the suspect as one Justine 'Juls' Villanueva, 18, jobless a resident of Zone 8 of the said town.

At first, Villanueva kept mum and did not admit to the crime, but later in the afternoon, he confessed to authorities that he killed the victim after she refused to have sex with him.

A murder case will be filed against him.
