THE 18th City Council during its 60th regular session presided over by Councilor Zaldy Ocon approved resolutions endorsing with social acceptability the proposed establishment and operation of a 40-meter cell site tower at 12th Street, Barangay Nazareth, and a bipod 12-meter roof deck cell site at Lot 1, Block 13, Golden Glow North, Pueblo de Oro Township, Carmen by the Globe Telecom, Inc.
These are subject to the rules and regulations provided for under the City Codified Ordinance and Ordinance No. 9119-2004, and of other government agencies covering such operation and submission by the Barangay Secretaries of Nazareth and Carmen of a certification attesting the signatories of the neighbor’s consent are actual residents of the project host barangays.
