THE City Council authorized City Mayor Oscar Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) covering a collaboration of the parties in research projects for health services and environment protection and conservation.
Both parties agreed to conduct research activities for the improvement of the city, well-being of its residents, economic growth and conservation and preservation efforts. (sp)
