SupportZebra opens new office and celebrates 9th anniversary

SupportZebra, a homegrown Kagay-anon BPO company here in the City of Golden Friendship, recently celebrated its 9th anniversary with the theme “AL9N: Realizing Our Vision, Championing Execution” at its new recruitment and training hub along C.M. Recto Ave, 2/F of RJ Homes Building.

Before the said launching of its new office, SupportZebra executives, staff, and employees joined in blessing of its main office at the Former Graduate School Building of Capitol University, Osmeña Extension. The event was led by SupportZebra founders Managing Director, Niño Mae V. Duran and Executive Director, Noelle Noreen A. Juarez.

Although one of SupportZebra’s founders, CEO Nathan Yap, wasn’t present at the time to celebrate with his SZ family, he gave a video message during the event.

“Welcome to our 9th anniversary. Thank you all for being part of our growing family. I am excited about our internal growth, our new accounts, and most importantly we all know what that means for our ambassadors. That means new roles, promotions, and opportunities for every one of us. So I am excited for all of us to grow together again as one family,” Yap shared.

For his part, Managing Director Niño Mae V. Duran shared: “Everything – negative pressure, challenges – these are opportunities for us to rise. So for us at SupportZebra, as we continue to grow, we will always encounter challenges. Let’s be grateful that now we are celebrating our 9th anniversary.” 

 “With all of these challenges, we become stronger and wiser,” Duran added.

The hub is divided into three components. A Training facility for its promising recruits; SZ’s Recruitment office; and an Operations area for SZ ambassadors.
