ILIGAN City ― The local inter-agency task force incident commander here has denied announcing that the curfew hours of this city have changed.

This comes at the heels of a radio station here that reported that the curfew in the city has been changed to 6 pm to 6 am as its “breaking news.”

Patrick Nunez said he has yet to discuss the change in curfew hours with the local IATF.

“That is not true,” he said adding that the IATF is still going to hold a meeting on curfew matters.

Nunez reiterated that the city’s curfew hours are still from 12 midnight to four in the morning. To note, Iligan City has four new Covid-19 cases, as of this posting.
