The municipality of Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental will hold a professional boxing match sanctioned by the games and amusement board at its public plaza at 1 PM this Friday featuring boxers from Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro.
The said bout is in line with the municipality’s fiesta celebration honoring its patron, St. John the Baptist, and will be streamed live on Powcast Sports. The event is spearheaded by Marban Boxing Promotion, LGU-Lagonglong (presenter), the Lagonglong Sports Development Council, Lendster, and Capitol University Medical City (CUMC).
THE LINE-UP
Main event 10 Rounds/108 lbs Roslan Eco (7wins) undefeated of Marban Boxing Stable vs Mike Kinaadman.
Eldin Guinahon (6-0-6KOs) knockout artist of Marban Boxing Stable vs former WBC youth minimum weight champion, Dexter Alimento will battle it out in a 10 Rounds/Flyweight.
8rounds/bantamweight bout former RP Champion Crison Omayao vs James Pagaling (5-0-3KOs) from Marban Boxing Stable. Omayao was the very first opponent of Naoya Inoue professional career and recently defeated Nonito Donaire in a stunning second-round knockout adding the WBC bantamweight title to his WBA and IBF crowns.
Reyjun Arquita faces off Ramie Gaabon in a 4-Round /118 lbs, and Andrey Palmin will go head-to-head with Dexter Magpanulong of General Santos City in a 4-round/ 118 lbs bout.
The pride of Cagayan de Oro and Tokyo Olympic Silver Medalist, Carlo Paalam will be making a special appearance in a sparring match against Sugar Rey Porres.
