Cuenca also acknowledges that there is still room for improvement in their service, and the need for its office to redirect their focus on pressing environmental issues faced by the city.

“Last Friday, amoang gi himo ang redirection.

For his part, Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando Uy congratulated Clenro and its members for their services, particularly those who recently retired.

Committee Chairman on Environment, Abaday, during the activity, congratulated Clenro for its service in preserving and protecting the environment for the past 23 years and calls for solidarity in the protection, utilization, preservation, and use of our environment.

There should be a concertive effort sa tanan katawhan sa kumonidad that is our responsibility dili lang sa Clenro. So we are preparing this environment for the future, not only for the present.”

August Paul Bacarrisas, Clenro’s research and planning staff, said they will conduct a clean-up drive along P.N. Roa Avenue-SM by-pass road this coming Thursday.

Sa clean-up drive ang amoang target ani tibuok gyapon pwersa sa Clenro office since isa siya sa line-up activity sa activities sa anniversay, pero naay pud ni tap sa amoa nga city scholar office mo join pud sila mo hatag silag singkwenta ka students nga mag join sa clean-up drive.
