A farmer in Bukidnon is now inside the jail after he was arrested for two counts of incestuous rape Wednesday, this week.
Provincial Police Director Restituto Lacano, Jr. of the said province, identified the suspect as Leonardo Caracol, 38, married, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Bismartz, Don Carlos of the said province.
The suspect, who was tagged by the police as the fourth most wanted person in the province, was nabbed by members of the Don Carlos Municipal Police Station headed by Police Major Patrick Castro at 8:10 am.
The court did not allow the suspect to post a bail bond for his supposed temporary freedom.
Incestuous rape is a sexual assault against a member of the family of the suspect.
