FORMER Vice Mayor Ranier Joaquin “Kikang” Uy is aiming to carry on the legacies of his mother and father by running for the position of Barangay Captain in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

With the upcoming elections fast approaching, Uy is seeking the support and votes of the residents based on his impressive qualifications and strong dedication to public service.

Uy’s bid for the Barangay Captain position is firmly rooted in a set of ethical values that he has consistently exhibited throughout his previous role as vice mayor.

Integrity, compassion, accountability, objectivity, and selflessness are among the traits that have earned Uy the trust and admiration of the community.

During his time as vice mayor, Uy demonstrated a tireless commitment to prioritizing the interests of the public and the well-being of the city as a whole.

During his campaign, Kikang Uy, who currently serves as the barangay Carmen administrator, pledges to remain dedicated to the people and Barangay Carmen.

Former Vice Mayor Uy is determined to serve Barangay Carmen if he gets elected.
