Major General Cuerpo II emphasized in a brief address that they do not impose any pressure on the members. However, he underscored the importance of producing accurate reports that are free from bias and disinformation.

He pointed out that biased and unbalanced news can potentially lead to incorrect decisions among individuals who have limited information, particularly those residing in remote barangays or Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas.
