The exchange of ideas and insights aimed to pave the way for practical solutions and improvements in productivity, according to Lumbatan.

Lumbatan added that the productive gathering emphasized the importance of collaboration and communication between the local government and the different sectors of Cagayan de Oro.

The event highlighted the commitment of both parties to work together towards addressing pressing issues and promoting sustainable development in the city.

“The forum served as a significant platform for the confederation members to express their concerns directly to the LGU-CDO panel, fostering transparency and accountability in addressing the needs of the community,” said Lumbatan.

She said the open dialogue and exchange of perspectives reflected a shared determination to drive positive change and progress in Cagayan de Oro.

Overall, the productivity forum according to Lumbatan marked a vital step in strengthening partnerships and fostering a conducive environment for addressing the pressing issues and concerns of the diverse sectors within Cagayan de Oro.
