BUTUAN City––Police were monotoring them on suspicion that they were carnappers but pounced on them when they alleged had a shabu session in a house at Purok 1, Barangay 6, Cabadbaran City in Agusan del Norte.
Police identified the arrested suspects as John Reggie Rubillos, 43, Cepriano Galisa, 40, and Marlon Timosa, 28. All are from Cabadbaran City.
Police said the suspects yielded a sachet of suspected shabu estimated to weigh 10 grams, an empty sachet believed to have contained the same substance, and drug paraphernalia.
Meanwhile, law enforcers on Wednesday arrested two vacationers from Visayas for alleged possession of shabu at the Blue Water Resort in Barangay Bon-ot, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur.
Authorities identified the suspects as Nadia Superales Villarin, 27, of Carcar Cebu, and Jessie Makiwag Agujar, 25, of Bohol.
Police said the suspects were caught with five sachets of suspected shabu weighing 30 grams.
