LAST July 27, Vista Residences’ landmark condominium development in Cagayan de Oro City they marked their anniversary since it was launched two years ago.
The Loop is a two-tower, 25-storey condominium development located within CDO’s central business and commercial district. With initial work already underway for the North Tower, The Loop will soon rise along Rosario Crescent in LimketkaiCenter. It is right on schedule for the expected delivery of the first tower in 2018.
The two towers seem to symbolize the alliance of two giants – Limketkai, CDO’s commercial giant, and Vista Land, the giant in real estate development and the country’s largest homebuilder.
With such esteemed reputation behind the creation of The Loop, it has enjoyed a warm reception from homebuyers. In just two short years, it has sold more than 90% of its units in the North Tower.
“This shows The Loop’s dominance in CDO’s real estate market, making the anniversary celebration even more meaningful,” said EmeliaLustado, Camella Northern Mindanao Cluster Head. Camella and Vista Residences are both subsidiaries of Vista Land.
The Loop has also become an icon for a better lifestyle – exciting social events, the latest in beauty and fashion, exquisite cuisine, health and wellness. It is a modern way of living that will allow residents of The Loop to enjoy life to the fullest.
Owner-investors are also set to benefit from a 10-20% growth of their initial investment in just two years.
There is much to be celebrated in The Loop’s second anniversary and Vista Residences gave it justice by holding a series of events. The celebration started with a motorcade on July 25 to create noise and show jubilation for the wonderful two years of The Loop.
A meet-and-greet event with the candidates of Ms. Cagayan de Oro was held for the public to vote for the next Ms. Loop CDO. The first Ms. Loop CDO 2014 was Bea Alvarez who is currently the reigning Ms. CDO.
