THE Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) formally broke ground of its pioneering project in Cagayan de Oro City yesterday called MesaVerte Residences. Then it was immediately followed by the inauguration of its showroom located at Osmeña street, of this city.
The event was attended by a select few from the media, friends, family and business partners as well as the development firm’s employees and officials. Joining the occasion was the Honorable Mayor of Cagayan de Oro city, Oscar Moreno who led the groundbreaking of the city’s latest condominium along with him in CLI’s monumental occasion were Cebu LandMasters’ CEO & President Jose R. Soberano III, Executive Vice President Marose Soberano and its Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President Jose Franco Soberano and Jun O. Barromeo (previous land owner).
The said Showroom will be open to clients and agents from Monday to Saturday between 9AM to 6PM.
Prior to its launch back in November, the company has already started to clear the site after it completed all its permits and prepared the area for land development.
The area which MesaVerte Residences will be constructed on previously housed the ancestral home of Jun O. Borromeo’s family.
Jose Soberano III said that this project will provide an ideal venue for neighborhood and family building as well as promote a healthy lifestyle as it incorporates green living with 60% dedicated to open space for a calm relaxing environment after a busy long day.
