Chief Supt. Archie Francisco Gamboa, acting Camp Crame comptroller, formally installed Constantino during turnover rites at Camp Alagar yesterday afternoon.

The event was witnessed former National Police Director General Ricardo Marquez and other police generals.

Camp Alagar spokesman Supt. Suki Sereñas said Constantino served as head of Camp CRame’s Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (Socia) before he was named police director in Region 10.

Constantino, who hails from Bacolod City, served as PNPA director.

He also served as Camp Crame’s deputy director for personnel and records management.

He is a member of the class of 1984 of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
