City Council is currently reviewing the implementation of more Bottom Up Budgeting (BuB) projects in the city.
The committee on agriculture chaired by councilor Annie Daba favorably endorsed to the committee on finance, budget and appropriations chaired by Councilor Edna Dahino for review the implementation of P17.32 million BuB projects for calendar year 2015.
This, as the City Legal Office have confirmed that the revised Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to be executed by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro and the Department of Agriculture 10 for the implementation of these priority projects is in order.
Under the agreement, the city government shall fully comply with provisions such as the submission of the monthly and quarterly accomplishment reports of the project to DA 10 every 20th day of the month. (clo)
