THE mother of a 5th grader who accused City Central School principal Arnold Tejero of lascivious conduct said she was contemplating on filing another complaint against the public school official for allegedly falsifying a document.

Trixie (not her real name) said on Monday she got hold of a copy of Tejero’s daily time record (DTR) that shows the principal allegedly made it appear that he did not leave the school the afternoon that he brought her to Resonance motel (formerly Renaissance) along Kauswagan highway.

Tejero’s accuser earlier filed complaints against the principal for acts of lasciviousness, and grave abuse of authority and grave misconduct. The principal has admitted that he brought Trixie to the motel but denied allegations he tried to be intimate with her.

Trixie said the copy of the DTR shows that Tejero reported for work at 7:22 am to 12:41 pm, and then 12:41 pm to 5:41 pm in May 17, the day she was brought to the motel.

But she said it cannot be because they were in the motel that afternoon.

Trixie said she would discuss with her lawyer the possibility of filing another complaint against Tejero or if the DTR could be used to strengthen her cases against the principal.

“Akong ipangutana kung ma-supplement ba kini sa akong kaso sa Ombudsman or if we can file another case with the Civil Service Commission,” she said.

Trixie said she was initially told that Tejero could be administratively charged with falsification of a document based on the May 17 DTR as it is considered “an act of dishonesty” based on Rule XVII, Section 4 of the Omnibus Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
