The proposed ordinance defining and creating the offense of Pornography in relation to the Crime of Child Pornography (RA No. 9775) has been initially discussed by the committee on women and family relations of the city council.
The proposed ordinance, authored by Councilor Edna Dahino, chair of the committee, establishes the Pornography Control Committee, prescribes its functions, and imposes penalties for violations, among others. (sp)
