THREE suspected drug pushers were arrested in separate operations in different areas in the city last week.
Senior Insp. Julius Saluta, station commander of Police Station 9 Macasandig arrested 31-year-old Jayboy Mabunay Sto. Nino Barangay Lapasan. Saluta said Mabunay is a “Tokhang” surrenderee.
Confiscated from the suspect were two sachets of suspected shabu amounting to P800 and buy bust money of P300. The operation was done in the presence of Barangay Ka-gawad Bonifacio Busta-mante of Barangay Lapa-san. Saluta said Mabunay handed over a small sachet of alleged shabu to a police decoy which resulted to his arrest.
In Barangay Bonbon, a man was arrested at 1:40 pm.
The suspect was identified as Arvin Daleon,35, of Zone 1, Punta Bonbon.
A police decoy bought one sachet of suspected shabu from Daleon that led to his arrest. Police seized four sachets of shabu worth P2,000 and buy-bust money of P300. Police said Daleon is a street level drug pusher.

Senior Insp. Ian Neo Datiles, station commander of Polie Station 7 identified the suspect as Angie Wabe, 40, of Upper Zayas Barangay Carmen was arrested in a buy-bust operation in which operatives seized four sachets of shabu.
The three suspects are now detained while the pieces of evidence recovered have been turned over to the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory for assessment and inventory. (ALR)
