Cagayan de Oro City councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr., chair of the City Council committee on Subdivision and landed estate on Friday endorsed the application for development permit of Eternal Gardens Memorial Park to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action.
The proposed memorial park in Barangay Bulua this city covers an area of 31,015 square meters with 12,640 plots.
During the meeting, representatives of City Planning and Development Office recommended the approval of the application on condition that all requirements should be complied with.
The application for DP was also endorsed by the City Housing Board and the City Engineering Office, citing that the developer must consider some measures during development stage and that all works for the development should be in accordance with Department of Public Works and Highways standard specifications, among others.
