Camp  Alagar spokesman Supt. Lemuel Gonda yesterday confirmed that Pacleb would no longer move out to Region 2 as earlier ordered by Camp Crame.

On Sunday, dela Rosa cancelled Special Order 391 that relieved Pacleb of his duties as police director for Region 10, three days after the document was issued.

The special order was issued in Jan. 18, directing Pacleb to report for work as regional director of the police in Region 2. Chief Supt.  Jose Mario Meneses Espino, who came from Central Visayas,  was supposed to have assumed as the new Region 10 police director late last week.

But on Sunday, Jan. 21, dela Rosa issued another order (Special Order 465) cancelling the directive to reassign Pacleb.

Supt. Gonda said no reason was given by Camp Crame for dela Rosa’s change of mind.

Gonda said Espino has not yet assumed as police director for northern Mindanao. But last week, Gonda said Espino already assumed his new post.
