THE City Council committee on urban and rural poor chaired by Councilor Zaldy Ocon held a meeting last Thursday at the City Council Session Hall.
The committee tackled the writ of demolition issued in Civil Case No. C16-Jan-019 that is scheduled for enforcement and implementation on Jan. 25 and the request for assistance of the punong barangay of Barangay 17 to negotiate with the informal settlers occupying a lot at Del Pilar-Burgos Streets.
