POLICE served another arrested warrant for cyber libel against former radio block timer Siegfred Padua while he is behind bars, it was learned yesterday.
Authorities said the other arrest warrant was served inside the Lumbia city jail on the 9th day since Padua’s arrest in connection with a cyber libel case filed by a principal of a public school in Lumbia.
The second arrest warrant was served in connection with the case filed by former city schools superintendent Elena Borcillo.
Like the first one, the second arrest warrant was issued by Judge Dennis Alcantar of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 18.
The 48-year-old Padua was arrested in Feb. 26. His bailbond was set at P72 thousand.
