A FORUM against moves to change the 1987 Constitution is scheduled to be held in the city today.
The forum will be held from 9 am to 3 pm at Luxe Hotel.

Dubbed as the “Anti-Chacha Forum,” the event’s organizers are the non-government organization Philippine Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas (Phildhrra) and the Pambansang Kilusan ng mga Samahang Magsasaka (Pakisama).
