The Municipality of Claveria is known for a lot of things and one of it is its majestic mountain ranges, a great place for trekkers to hike and see the country side while taking in the fresh air and scenic view it has to offers – and it welcomes its newest attraction the View Deck.
Located at Lanuse, Claveria, Misamis Oriental it has an amazing view deck where tourist and locals alike can visit and unwind during their long travels – A great place to escape from the bustle and hustle of the city.
The town’s police chief here, Raymund Lumapay invites tourists to come and witness the beautiful sceneries they have in Claveria.
Lumapay said that local and foreign tourists are welcome to Claveria and should not hesitate visiting, for his team, assures everyone that the security and safety of the town is at hand especially its tourists sites that includes the view deck.
Earlier this month, I got the chance to cover with the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental on a groundbreaking of their road project at Sitio Pulang Yuta, Aposkahoy, Claveria Misamis Oriental. Aside from the said coverage, there is one thing that catches my attention, and that is the scenic view of this town.
Claveria now has something new to offer to its local and foreign tourists, and that is that what they called the very trending, “View Ddeck” located at Lanise, Claveria Misamis Oriental a 30-mintue ride from the town proper.
I don’t know why they called it only as “View Deck” but, if I may say, it’s likely named as such because of you see the world while you stand at its deck.
It’s so amazing, though it is not still fully developed, but the place, you can see hectares of clouds and green mountains like kissing each other, you’ll feel like staying there and take some photos for Facebook’s sake. Not to mention the flooding beautiful flowers they planted with different varieties, you can say that the one who have idea of making such a beautiful attraction was a genius.
The View deck is just along the high way, so you can instantly take photos all you want. But if you want to take a closer look then you can go down and have it all.
Every time I browse my Facebook, there’s always someone who posted like “Hello, View Deck”.
Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeney Vincente Emano also appreciates the place as he says that view deck will boost the tourism of Misor and making Claveria as Baguio Capital (because of its cold weather) of Mindanao is not impossible now.
