I SAW a post on Facebook where it says that being bastos, from the point of view of the spinners and the blind followers of the sitting President, is to cut off one’s microphone while the latter is still talking, as what happened in the Senate a few days ago.

The post also says that it is not bastos to curse the Pope, to kill people, to have wanted to do it first to a rape victim, and several other incidents.

The blind or blinded followers have the right to defend their god or demigod but they don’t have the monopoly of commenting on what is happening to the country today.

Whenever somebody talks of the negative effects of what the highest office of the country is doing, they hit on the commenter instead of justifying the act of their god.

I read on Facebook about the exchange of hate between a certain Atty. Generalao and several blinded netizens where the latter, instead of justifying the acts of their god lambasted, accused, defiled, bashed and all, Generalao. They, the bashers, have become their god.

The pattern is simple. Hit the god with a legitimate issue and he and his minions will hit you on a personal level.  Senator Leila de Lima has been raising legitimate issues against the president and the latter hit back with personal issues. Whether those personal issues are true or not is beside the point.

This country will definitely go to the dogs.

I would have praised the President if not for his twisted and distorted approach to issues.
