HAVE you played the game 1-2-3 Pass?

The objective of this card game is to get four of a kind:

1 – For each player there are four matching cards, one of each suit (numbers or rank do not really matter). After a shuffle, everyone is dealt four cards.

2 – Then everyone says, “1-2-3 pass!”

3 – On “Pass,” everyone passes one card to their right.

3 – The first person to get four matching cards, e.g. four Kings, puts their hand in the middle, palm flat on the table.

4 – Everyone else does the same. The last person to do so (has the top hand) loses and there will be consequences.

The Court of Appeals did just that–tossed around the Prayer of Mayor Oscar Moreno for a Temporary Restraining Order to stop the DILG from enforcing the suspension order of the Ombudsman. Not one of the three Justices wanted to hear the Motion for a TRO. Walay modawat sa kaso.

But that is the reality here in Cagayan de Oro with terrible consequences on the expectations for change. Weder-weder lang. Pasa-pasa lang. Pa Sendong Sendong lang.

And by the way, those testicles dangling between your legs are not your balls. They do not define your masculinity especially if they are just used for gender identification and/or a roll in the hay. PASS-tilan! -Tito Mora, Cagayan de Oro
