The woman also alleged that the principal, Dr. Arnold Tejero of the governmentun City Central School, offered her a space in the campus canteen for free.

Tejero was charged with acts of lasciviousness before the local prosecutor’s office.

Tejero confirmed that the complaint has been filed against him but he declined to give a comment.

The principal said the Office of the District Supervisor of the Department of Education (Deped) has a standing order that prevents him from speaking up.

“Gusto ko unta pero nay memo nga dili mi basta-basta makatubag,” said Tejero as he cited Division Order no. 6-2016 issued by city schools division superintendent Elena Borcillo.

The order is about protocols in media communication and dissemination of information.

Tejero’s accuser said she would file an administrative complaint against the principal before the Office of the Ombudsman anytime soon.

In her four-page affidavit-complaint, Trixie (not her real name) said she first met Tejero during City Central’s Recognition Day in March 30.

Trixie claimed Tejero approached and greeted her, and introduced himself to her.

The following month, she said, Tejero requested to befriend her on Facebook, and she accepted his request out of respect.

Tejero, according to Trixie, asked for her cellphone number, and soon he was sending her text messages.

Trixie said that in May, Tejero offered her a stall at the school canteen for free. She said she responded by saying she could sell sherbet, and Tejero told her he knew someone who could help her.

She said Tejero invited her to have coffee in Divisoria in May 17 where she was told that he had a friend who could finance her planned sherbet business.

Trixie said she agreed to go with Tejero to Patag supposedly to meet the principal’s friend.

“While on our way to Patag highway, he took me to Resonance Inn at Kauswagan highway,” Trixie alleged in her affidavit.

“Resonance Inn” used to be known as “Rennaissance” motel.

Trixie alleged she protested but with his “sweet words and promises couple(d) with lewd design, he successfully brought me inside in one of the rooms” of the motel.

She also alleged that Tejero took his polo shirt off, ordered two bottles of beer, and then “forced me to drink.”

Trixie alleged that Tejero held her right leg, squeezed her buttock and then told her: “Gustong gusto kita maging girlfriend.”

The woman said she resisted when Tejero held her but he was stronger.

She alleged that Tejero also kissed her on the lips against her will, and then quoted him as saying, “Baliw na baliw talaga ako sa iyo… Sige na payag kana na may mangyari sa atin ngayon.”

Trixie said she bluffed Tejero by telling him, “Huwag muna ngayon.”

She said Tejero calmed down when he heard her say that, and then she took a photo of them “for record purposes” before they left the motel.
