A crane is used to lift and pull a 10-wheel truck that got stuck in a drain near the SSS regional office in Carmen at around 8 am yesterday. The accident caused a traffic jam on RN Pelaez-PN Roa streets. The truck, loaded with coco lumber, was driven by Rolly Gallardo, and owned by Jofanz Trucking based on Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental.
