THE Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD) today announced that due dates of water bill payments falling within the period March 17 to April 30 will be further extended for a total of 45 days.
For instance, if March 17 was the original due date , it would be extended to May 2.
COWD also announced that the disconnection of the water supply affecting those with overdue accounts will still be deferred until further notice.
COWD said the extension and other measures are aimed at helping in cushioning the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. (PR)
