Pag-IBIG Fund Zamboanga shall be located at a new and better office at the L’ ARCADA Building along MCLL Highway, Tetuan, Zamboanga City starting Monday, 31 July 2023.
The office transfer is part of the agency’s efforts to further enhance its services, as its new location provides better accessibility and holds a larger space for the convenience of transacting members. The move includes the transfer of both the agency’s branch and housing business center.
Pag-IBIG Zamboanga Branch and Housing Business Center extend services which include members’ registration, MP2 Savings enrolment, housing and short-term loan applications, acceptance of payments and remittances, claim of Pag-IBIG Savings, title of properties of fully paid home loans and housing loan insurance, acceptance of bids and offers for acquired assets, updating of home loan payments and Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus applications.
Members who opt to transact online, meanwhile, may visit the Virtual Pag-IBIG found in the agency’s official website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph or download Pag-IBIG Fund’s official mobile app, the Virtual Pag-IBIG, which is now available via Google Play and the Apple App Store.
