This will pave the way for a brighter future and improved quality of life for the residents of Balubal, according to Cabanlas.

Lawyer Samuel Rollo, Department Manager of CHUDD, outlined the meticulous process that led to the successful distribution of the titles.

In an earlier, statement, Rollo said that this comprehensive program was the result of collaboration between various government agencies, including CHUDD, to ensure a smooth and fair distribution process.
