GINGOOG City–A public school principal was shot by still unidentified men on motorcycles at the Agora here on Saturday.
The victim was identified as Roberto Salazar, the principal of Hindangon Elementary School in Barangay Hindangon, this city.
SPO2 George Cullamat said the victim was shot once with a 9mm pistol through the neck. The victim was rushed to a hospital in Cagayan de Oro.
Cullamat said the triggerman and the driver of the motorcycle wore jackets, and quickly fled the area after shooting Salazar.
Authorities have yet to determine the motive for the attack. (edwin iyo)
