BRAZILIAN model Daiana Menezes has filed for divorce in the US against former Cagayan de Oro congressman Jose Benjamin Benaldo.
Benaldo confirmed on Tuesday that he and Menezes separated in March, ending their almost four years of marriage. The two were married in Las Vegas.
The Brazilian has sought a temporary protection order and a restraining order from a court against her husband. She said she fell out of love.
Benaldo said he and Menezes were imcompatible.
The former official called himself a “freeman” who’s happy dating again now.
