Dungo confirmed that dela Torre tested positive for drug abuse.

Dela Torre, 41, was arrested by the police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agents during the Jan. 24 raid in the suspected drug den belonging to Agnes Almaden, 52, in Purok 9, Barangay Ong Yiu.
