Global-Link pulled off four back-to-back expos as it launched the “Hotel Suppliers Show Mindanao,” “Print and Label Mindanao,” Packaging and Plastics Mindanao” and “Manufacturing Technology Mindanao” at the Atrium, Limketkai Center, Cagayan De Oro that ran from August 30 to September 1, 2019.
The said is seen to boost this city’s business industry, particularly the hotel and restaurant industry due to its useful services and wide network of national and international brands made available during the said expo.
During his speech Patrick Tan, CEO of Global-Link Exhibitions Specialist Inc., expressed his optimism of the growth in Mindanao’s hospitality industry. “The hospitality industry’s growth in Mindanao is very promising. We have actually received a lot of requests from our partners and clients to bring the Hotel Suppliers Show in Mindanao,” he said.
Adding that it was a great honor to conduct it in Cagayan de Oro and was proud to see the full support of business and it showed. Tan shared that in less than a month before the launching he was proud of all the support the exhibit received from various industries.
“I am also proud to announce that we have fully sold the exhibit area to sought after brands in the hospitality sector in less than a month, this expo is really something,”
The 3-day expo gathered in one place professionals from the hospitality, manufacturing, packaging, plastics, and printing industry in one venue for all stakeholders from different parts of Northern Mindanao. The event also highlighted product demonstrations, seminars and opened up opportunities from top brands and companies both in the national and international circuit.
The Print and Label Mindanao, Packaging and Plastics Mindanao, and Manufacturing Technology Mindanao are co-organized and supported by: Philippine Center for Print Excellence Foundation Inc. (PCPEF), Philippine Plastics Industry Association (PPIA), Philippines Society of Plumbing Engineers Inc. (PSPE), Philippine Welding Society (PWS) and Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), respectively.
Meanwhile, the Hotel Suppliers Show Mindanao is supported by major associations in the region including the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (ORO Chamber), the Chamber of Furniture and Industries of the Philippines (CFIP, and the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID).
