EMBATTLED Mayor Oscar Moreno’s accuser, former Taglimao village chief William Guialani, is not done with the embattled local chief executive and his city treasurer Glenn Bañez just yet.
Guialani said he and lawyer Reynaldo Bagatsing would file more cases against the two officials and their lawyers today.
He said he would also file disbarment cases against Moreno’s lawyers Bryan Dale Mordeno and Jonathan Pacuribot, and ask that they be cited in contempt of court.
Guialani said he would file a forum shopping and perjury complaints against Moreno and Bañez since, according to him, it was improper to file a motion for reconsideration before the ombudsman and at the same time, apply for a temporary restraining order (TRO) before the Court of Appeals.
“Dili man nila ni pwede i-shotgun,” he said.
As for Moreno’s legal counsels, Guialani said he would seek their disbarment for causing the embattled mayor to make the “wrong (legal) move” or forum shopping.
He said Moreno’s motion for reconsideration was a “mere scrap of paper.”
“Wala ko kadawat og kopya sa MR,” said Guialani, adding that he should have been furnished a copy since he is the complainant. (shiela mae butlig)
