 A homegrown Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company here in Cagayan de Oro City, FBC Business Solutions has recently announced its latest move towards being globally competitive by rebranding itself to promote its services throughout the globe.

In an interview with Dr. Niño Mae Duran, Support Zebra Managing Director, the rebranding aims to promote their services throughout the globe by merging FBC Business Solutions with their marketing arm in the United States (US), Support Zebra. Support Zebra is seen to become a globally competitive BPO company in the Philippines.

“The rebranding is also strategic,” Duran said. “This is to avoid confusion amongst other company names in the BPO and nonelated industries that sound similar.”

“We would like to avoid being viewed as a different company from Support Zebra, our Marketing Arm in the US. As much as possible we don’t want FBC Business Solutions to be portrayed as a company that only receives the clients from Support Zebra. We are one and the same company, only the name is different,” Duran said.

“The owners of our marketing arm Support Zebra and FBC Business Solutions are the same. We have planned to rebrand ourselves a long time ago to avoid confusion of our company having two names. We have set plans to announce this through advertising and promotions in the later months – that FBC Business Solutions is now Support Zebra,” Duran said.

Duran added that they are currently in the process of finalizing their transition from FBC Business Solutions to Support Zebra, which will be completed later this month.

What makes Support Zebra even more competitive is its specialty in customer support, focusing on the needs of the clients, serving as an extension of the clients’ respective companies.

When asked about the significance of the Support Zebra brand, Duran said, “Like a Zebra’s colors, we want to provide our clients simple, yet effective solutions to their companies’ needs by assuring them that there is no need for multiple solutions that cause further financial cost for their companies”.
