Monsanto Philippines’ “Lina’s Town Rises Again” is the first and only children’s book in the country that promotes agricultural biotechnology and its benefits to our community. Touching on sustainability, collaboration and safety, the book tells a true and inspiring story of how biotechnology seeds positively transformed a farmer’s life.

Charina Garrido-Ocampo, author of the book and corporate engagement lead of Monsanto Philippines said, “It is with great pride and honor for us in Monsanto to be the only agriculture company to be recognized by the jury of the 51st Anvil Awards.
