“Oplan Hapsay Dalan”
City Ordinance No. 10551-2007, or the Traffic Code of Cagayan de Oro is another initiative by the local government here in Cagayan de Oro City, like its counterpart the “Oplan Hapsay Highway” it has yet to be strictly implemented in major parts of the city.
This video has been produced for the purpose of enlightening our local government officials about the traffic situation of our city and to push the authorities to enforce the law without fear or favor. The content of this video showcases how pedestrians and public utility vehicles alike wantonly ignore traffic signs and how oblivious the city government these have been ignored.
